Fire is hot. Don’t we know it. Those that don't know that probably cannot read anyway and won't benefit from telling them so with a sign.

Job ad? Don't ask for someone with integrity - surely it's a given? And if they don't have any, it won't put them off.

Sometimes obvious isn't best. Simple is key, but obvious can lead to ridiculous. Nobody wants their business to be that.
